Elizabeth Roth, M.D. Elizabeth Roth, M.D.

IM/FM Program Faculty
St.Vincent IM/FM Graduate

Dr. Elizabeth Roth’s unique blend of medical knowledge and health care interests are an integral part of her approach to providing quality health care to individuals, families and her community. She has primary care training in both Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.

As a family doctor, she values caring for the whole family, from birth through old age, and the Internal Medicine specialty brings additional in-depth training in adult medicine. She spends half her time as teaching faculty for hospital medicine at St. Vincent and the other half in the office, seeing adults and children. Her residency training was at St. Vincent, and she attended Indiana University School of Medicine, spending her first two years at the Muncie campus.

Dr. Roth grew up in Upland, IN and then studied sociology at Wheaton College, in Illinois, during which time she spent an internship in Peru, South America. Those experiences were fundamental in developing her understanding of global healthcare needs. She is interested in caring for underserved people both abroad and here in Indianapolis and is fluent in Spanish.

In her time away from work, Dr. Roth is active in her church and enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She loves the outdoors and spends many happy hours at Eagle Creek Park, kayaking, running, and rollerblading.
